I was there , <br><br>
My strongest memory was the sportsmanship of the nz crowd who applauded the French tries like we scored them . <br><br>
The French really entertained that day , throwing the ball around from everywhere . -
<p>I was there. Far from the worst side we put out in the 70's but it was a bit like today in reverse. We just didn't know how to react to the speed and interplay amongst the French who had a bloody great side. Albeit we could have snuck it at the end. Some bloody good tries scored</p>

Ok I was trying to remember the order , but what I do remember , for 2 consecutive tests I went to live , we got done at Eden park after winning elsewhere -
