Next Blues, Crusaders, Hurricanes coach discussion

With Scott Robertson and Leon McDonald departing after 2023 and lead Crusaders assistant Scott Hansen also set to join them, Jason Holland's future is less clear although his Hurricanes' contract does expire this year and I'd imagine a Semi Final result with this group would be the absolute minimum to see an extension after 4 years with a 55% success rate.
Two questions 1) who do you want to see appointed 2) who do you think will be appointed in these roles?

I read that Schmidt is keen to return after the World Cup. A straight swap for McDonald looking likely.

He was the Highlanders u20's head coach for a year? but think that was before he won a title with Hawkes Bay.

@kiwi_expat Incorrect. Ozich won the Championship title with the Magpies in 2020 as well as the Ranfurly Shield. He was the HIghlanders U20 coach in 2021,

Let's see if the rugby media are as keen to want the new coaches announced ASAP.
