    Gee that was a good score from Gleeson. Knew he didn't have the power to go over the top, so just burrowed underneath. Put in some hard yards tonight. Still had work to do though. Some of those hits from the Drua have been borderline at best.

    That said, some of the tackles by the Drua are going without sanction

    @NTA Whoever put in that rib-tickler on Tahs 15 is lucky to be on the field.

    Only saw it once. Timing looked ok.

    When the Drua find a dependable set piece and defensive discipline, they'll be a contender for the top half of the ladder.

    That day is not this season.

    He's playing like someone that's got a lot more rugby under his belt. He's also a sizeable lad. I'd bet Eddie is liking what he sees.

    He didn't get stopped easily - unlike some more experienced Waratahs.

    The acceleration into contact was important, and it was like the Drua simply didn't have time to adjust so his angles and footwork are obviously good.

    Has a good head on his shoulders, plenty of oomph in the physical exchanges. Eddie will be tempted to rush him into the Wallabies squad. Let’s hope he is managed better than some of the very good loose forward prospects they’ve had in the past.

    Despite the end score I don’t feel that I was too far off tipping the Drua in this.
    It took the Tahs a long time to break them down and work out what to do
    Drua bench weakens them considerably as well

    @NTA
    Gleeson looks like a cross between Willie Viliami Ofahengaue and Toutai Kefu
    Good to see this sort of talent coming out of Oz Rugby ,scary as well from a NZ point of view
