NBA Season - now 24/25

All Star Weekend now done and dusted. the ASG's ratings are in the toilet because it fucking sucks. Add in one more thing that star players don't care about (so that's the fans, the regular season, the team they play for, and the ASG) well, no, they still want their bonus for making it. They just don't want to put in the effort to make it a product that people give a shit about.
So now the season begins properly.
In the East you imagine, bar a blow up, that Boston and the Bucks are in the race for top seed. Philly and Cleveland probably get home court in the first round. Chicago and Indiana need to make up a couple of games to make the play in. Not easy in 25 games.
The Hawks should in the play in but they fired their coach? interesting moveIn teh West Denver has first spot locked up. And it feels weird even typing this, but the Kings are in with a shout of the Grizzlies in 2nd. But it's 3.5 games separating 3rd to 9th. The Lakers need to make up a couple of games just to fall in to 10th. The defending champs should make the play in, but don't look like being able to go on a run.
If a team is a going to do anything then it's time to show it now.
I still feel like it's Boston v Suns in the Finals, IF KD can get himself right.

If you haven't had a chance, watch the clippers kings game. Pretty entertaining. Also celtics 76ers game but the last minute in particular was intense

The Bucks / Sixers game today was a good one. Not a huge fan of either side, but it had a playoff feel to it. High intensity, big runs by both sides. The stars stepping up.
Despite the high scoring, the defence was actually pretty damn good. Just some big time shot making.

They have a very good record, but it’s going to be a dog fight in the West from positions 2-12.

Ha, Isaac Cooks (Cookes maybe) was my mates mate at school. A rather large and immobile prop IIRC, close to selection for the 1st XV but not much of a baller

If they had this team healthy for all 82 games they'd be title contenders. Vanderbilt, Schroder and Reaves have all massively surprised to the upside.
