Don't really have the time to watch this game, but the bits and pieces I've seen of the first half weren't great. Saw a try by Fiji being disallowed (I think the player lost the ball forward).

Half time: Fiji 3 - 3 Georgia

Didn't watch the second half, but according to twitter the full time score is Fiji 3, Georgia 14. Good tour from Georgia with 2 wins and one draw.

I've got half an eye on Samoa Tonga live on SS1. Samoa 17-3 up after 20, with a yellow card and PT for a Tongan defender who slapped down a pass. Justin Marshall will be delighted - I'd just love it to be refereed consistently week to week!

Japan v Scotland is quite an entertaining game so far. The Japanese halfback Shigeno just scored a great try. Scotland has had most of the possession though and is parked up in the Japanese half. The Japanese defence is holding well, although not without giving away penalties. The captain has been warned and the next one may see a player sent to the bin.

Japanese and Scottish players testing the quality of each other's jerseys. No love lost there.. The level of the game has really gone down the last 15 minutes of the first half, particularly from Scotland.

Half time: Japan 13 - 9 Scotland.

Apparently, this game has the biggest crowd ever for an international test match. The number has escaped me.

Signing off now. Want to get some sleep before the NZU20s game.

Japan 16, Scotland 9 after 51 minutes.

The mighty Scots show the world how it's done and down the plucky Japanese 2-0.

In all seriousness not a bad effort from the boys in blue to do that away from home cos they're pretty close in the World rankings.
