Mitch on. What the fuck? I know they probably want to get a few overs through trying to protect him from getting tonked around, but Mitch might play these guys in. Get Ferguson on and go for the jugular! 🀦🀷

5-44 Australia. We have just opened the door a sliver. Aussie still in the drivers seat

So batters as far as No.8 and Starc's padding up (in the 14th over)?

Not counting chookens but that gives me warm fuzzies.

I'll take it while I can.

Been busy this evening so only just turned it on to see the Stoinis wicket. We only have a modest total and Aus have plenty of batting still, but we've done well to get back into the game.

Bracewell? Are we trying to let these suckers back into the game?! 2 wickets and its basically over. Who does Lachie have to blow to get a bowl?

God it sucks knowing that having the Aussies at 44/5 means this game is still far from over.

We have to bowl them out. I don't know what the hell we are playing at. Far too conservative

What is the fascination with Bracewell? I just don't see the attraction. Bloody journeyman at best

Without M. Bracewell we'd have lost both an historic first game and an historic first series to Ireland in 2022 in cricket as well as in rugby... I think some of you are channeling your appreciation for D. Bracewell for this one πŸ™‚

3 overs of Bracewell might be enough

Yep, to be fair I'd be bowling Neesham at this stage instead of a second spinner, but Bracewell's still not a bad selection πŸ™‚

And Lochie nearly gets an inside edge onto the stumps, that instead scuttles away for four. 😞
