I think there is also a case that Sevens need a very decent warm up

Pretty different warm up (focussing on explosive, anaerobic) to XVs but I think you'd have a hard time telling a XVs team they don't need to be running full tilt at kick off.

We all know those fatties that hang back to offer 'deeper' defence or wait for the first scrum 😉

Anyone watching? Shown live here in UK for once. BFs handling has been a bit mesh but at least our D is holding up.

Good start, playing with a lot of endeavour & skill level looks improved.

Ngan-Woo must have strong hips, always swiveling out of tackles.

Wayne Smith innovation with their pods. They've got the usual pop runner running a flat inside line off the halfback.

Would still love Smith to be involved in the AB set up somewhere.

Cocksedge still has it! Has been the lynchpin for all their attack.

Pick and gos, inside passes, wingers running, dominant scrums - a lot to like about the Black Ferns

They seem to have the smarts about when to keep it in close and when to spread it wide. Like that a lot

Was going to ask if there was any room for wise old head Brazier and young flyer Blyde, but doesn't appear they need them!

This ref has no idea about forward passes. How the fuck does a ref at this level not get taught about momentum?

This game is a fantastic watch.

The game looks like rugby, and we are smashing the Aussies.

Both sides get their asses off the ground quickly, there are no disruptions, it’s fast, and the TMO is unsighted.

    I’m sold.
