@NTA well he did say don't put your trust in government. He might have had inside info on that sage advice.

Wouldn't trust him with the collection tray at church.,..

Wallabies confirm squad for Argentina Tour

Wallabies confirm squad for Argentina Tour

Wallabies coach Dave Rennie has confirmed a 36-man squad that will tour Argentina for the opening two matches of the 2022 eToro Rugby Championship.

Maybe I have missed it, but I haven't seen Charlie Gamble show up with the Wallabies or their A team. Is he injured? I thought he would have least been in the A squad.

    You eligible for NZ?

I would ask the same thing about Wales, but with a success rate as high as that he's clearly not got any Welsh heritage whatsoever

From an ABs perspective, you'll have ABs with that team from November through April, with breaks in between, but without having other shit to do for domestic teams/Super rugby, and we can wear the fluffybunnies out before SRP comes around, rather than getting a bunch of tired-ass players.

I don't love it but is is the best idea I've heard.

we could also have the AB's in camp for a bit longer which cant hurt, not just thrown together a week or two before the first game

You have your Spring tour, a month off for Christmas, and then preseason in January for a comp starting end of Feb.

    I like.

the primary issue is playing Tests in Feb with no prep, and no ability to pull in active players. You're completely separating test matches from the normal season. So, if you get the situation that you lose to TH props, where do you go? Someone coming in for pre-season who's planning to play a Nov-Aug year?

The lesser issue is playing in summer; rugby in Brisbane in February would be ... interesting. Or Fiji; somewhat challenging.

February Weather Averages for Brisbane, Australia, Australia

I like the 6 team, 5 week comp though - although it ignores travel challenges. Just slot it in after SR and have an extended 'test' season. Playing in summer trending to winter in SUper is different to one off test matches.

Refereed what turned out to be a friendly today after home team forfeited and another came over from nearby.

Watched our 2s smash Macquarie uni 50-19 then played first grade at hooker. I was shit. Missed 2 tackles 5m out leading to 2 tries. Only got about half my lineout throws. We fucking dominated their scrum tho.

Dumb decisions outside my shittiness turned the possibility of win into a 24-17 loss. Probably can't make finals now. Bummer
