    Forwards have been dominant, but our backs are asleep. BB and Christie have lost their mojo, Heem's hands are terrible and Sullivan's kicking is aimless.

    Something that grinds my gears about rugby right now. Why does a beaten scrum automatically concede a penalty? Seen it a few times this match.

    Isnt it supposed to be a way to restart play?

    It's a contest and if you break the laws you get penalised

    You can go backwards without conceding a penalty. The problem is most scrums don't stay square going backwards.

    @Kirwan I don't think so. It's a way to restart play, and compete. If it's available why does this it become foul play when a scrum loses?
