Is that really him in the photo? It looks like a grizzled old prop rather than a winger to my eyes.

It is a bit of a paradox though, these good coaches move up to the international scene, so lesser or at least less experienced coaches take over...but then you risk the players not being as good when the come through and then you dont have enough time to actually "fix" them
