Watching game now. Just got to the Cane obstruction.
Tough call as he was propelled into the defender that was 'obstructed.
The worst part of that call was them ignoring Canes contact to Heems head. So not only clear obstruction but a likely red card too.

@nogusta and then didnt even get on after Nock broke his hand (although he probably didnt mention it at half time to the coaches?) which says alot about where they see him unfortunately, give the game was well in hand at 70 mins, reckon it was a prime time to give him a run.

Nock did have a ten min break, so maybe they figured that was a safer option. He might have just had a sore hand without realising it was broken.

Both his tries were pretty graceful...

Have the Chiefs scored yet?
It seems they were destined to never score a try last night.
Man, that was a frustrating game to watch live. The Blues forwards certainly dominated the breakdown, and adapted to Williams better. I really question the decision to go for the lineout at the end of the 1st half when the Chiefs had a big advantage in the scrum. McMillan made some strange substitutions too.

Made a bet with one of my bosses who's a Blues fan that I'd wear a Blues jersey to work if the Blues won and he'd wear a Chiefs jersey if the Chiefs won. I work in South Auckland so kinda fringe I suppose. Anyway got my Blues jersey on ready for work lmao.

@african-monkey haha naaah wouldn't go that far, just honouring my word. They've slowly become my second team though.

That Blues defensive effort reminded me of the Brumbies Crusaders game back in 2000. The defensive stand at the end of teh game, with tight forwards just refusing to give up and lay down, getting up and back in the line over and over was magnificent. MEmorable rugby, and I think until the Lions got a pass to the final, the only away win in a final?

I think what you are referencing is an away win in another country? Yep only Crusaders in Canberra and Crusaders in JoBurg.
