I disagree vehemently with this aspect of the game. They won the ball so it shouldn't be a penalty.

O'Keeffe then says Ethan (the loosehead).
Replays shows it's opposite side of where Crusaders put the ball in (in other words Highlanders loosehead).
Commentators don't say anything.
