Wow!! That is a great stat!!!
I had to look into that as I didn't believe it. Some context!
6 managers between founding (1902) to 1990. So average 15 years each!
then 18 manager changes since then! So it's 24 manager changes, but a lot of managers have come back
Roeder, Booking, Moyes have all done two stints, whilst Kevin Keen (don't know him) has done 3!
-
@majorrage Keen's still at West Ham. He's been caretaker on three occasions currently U18's coach. I remember him playing for them in the 80's
Crazily I remember every coach but the first three. Those three account for 60 years though.

Yes me too. Greenwood/Lyall covered 28 years between them. Those were the days ..... Watford's last pair of managers were more like 28 weeks.

Imminent transfer: Mason Greenwood from Manchester United to prison? Audio and images his ex-girlfriend has uploaded to social media are horrifying.
Perhaps his ex could make a complaint to the police instead of posting on Instagram...

Nothing in MSM on this yet ….
And the Daily Mail has the story too. Warning ⚠️ contains horrific images of alleged domestic violence.

Who says she hasn't? Daily Mail reporting that the police are investigating the matter.

From the reporting it reads to me that they're investigating because of the social media.

@antipodean She is a courageous young woman for making public claims against a rich individual who is protected by other much richer and more powerful people. I hope the police investigate the matter thoroughly, facts about what happened can be established and that she gets a lot of support.
-
And the BBC has the story too. Police involved. Worth stressing these are allegations.

Transfer Deadline Day a good bit quieter than usual but some good business done.
Donny vdB will be happy to go out on loan to Everton but bad news for Jesse Lingard (and England) as he will continue to warm the bench at Old Trafford
Burnley have spent some of the money they got for Chris Woods on Dutch International striker Wout Weghorts
Christian Eriksen gets the chance to resurrect his career and play into form for the WC on a season long signing with Brentford
Spurs sign a couple of Juve players -= one perm one loaner and Delle Alli may still be going to Everton
Other deals still to be confirmed Toxic Aubameyang to Barcelona on a free but will greatly reduce Arsenals wage bill.
Newcastle sign a couple of journeymen and Aaron Ramsay on loan to Rangers
Fulham look like they have lost yet another great academy graduate as Liverpool have made an offer for Fabio Carvalho. Rumour is he'll be loaned back for the rest of this season. Then he will probably be loaned out to a Championship side instead of getting Premiership experience with Fulham.
Speaking of Championship Bournemouth have signed 6 and Stoke 5 in this window as they try and get promotion - more likely for Bournemouth than Stoke.
As I type Carvalho deal falls through. So he will likely leave on a free in the summer
