We've finally reached La Niña threshold, indicating conditions are primed for rain. On cue, the east is expecting heavy rainfall over the coming days with more flooding on the cards.

Never felt Steve was a particular good captain, though. I'm not talking tactically, I don't really remember anything good or bad on that front. I'm talking body language, control, calming hand etc.
Not enough 'there' to go back to officially, also I don't see enough there to be a behind the scenes puppet master.
No doubt, if Cummins captain, he would get advice by senior players, and players fielding behind the wicket. Which would be Smith.
