Not stopping Ardie straight away, was fatal for Wales. He kept bending their line back.

Britain still don’t know how to cover rugby during the game and and the after match interviews , the sound quality of the interview is sub standard
Amazon Prime's coverage was mostly poor. Nick Evans and Sam Warburton were okay but the rest of their commentary team were inane and the camera work was dire.
Actually I thought the Welsh lass doing the post-match interviews was lovely, a refreshing change from Sonja the Nasty Witch who the BBC employ for such occasions.
ESPN not much better. Mentioned Moala, then corrected to Mounga who never got on the field ...
Sonja will cry again on Twitter if you say such things, but I don't like her "work".

Surely going through to the next WC Whitelock will retain the captaincy
Gets my vote, he is decisive, clear, keeps pressure on.
Edit: oh I'm reading between the lines but you mean even if Cane returns? Yes, I'd still prefer Sam. -

Not sure what game you were watching?

@nostrildamus yep, Cane has always been a great player but never a great captain. Whitelock has always been a great player & a great captain.

I hope so. Take thing three to build pressure is bloody refreshing. Even the 50 meter kick he called and Jordie missed was a reminder to Wales to not f*ck around because he kicks 55+ consistently and even the miss still built pressure

Mo'unga came on in the 68th minute. Played at fullback.
I think there was a fair amount of interchange in the backline in the last 20min

ha! Big Sam.

Tomos Williams, Ross Moriarty and Wyn Jones (the prop) were the pick of the Welshmen. Dan Biggar did well when he came on. Hope that is not the end for Alan Wyn Jones, top man whose flagon should never be empty.
Priestland.
Can't blame you though. All those Welsh look the same.

Yeah totally. Cane is awesome, but Whitelock is less prone to injury and a better capt imo

That was an entertaining watch. Welsh always looked like they were barely hanging on in the first 60. I'm a bit annoyed at how stupid Lomax gave away the free kick with his three early engages, even after the ref explicitly told him not to. Laulala needs to work on his tackling technique. More wrappy-wrappy, less shoulder-fucky
