@george33 made a couple of calls , this is how it plays out , if Niko Jones has not secured a contract with MP hes of to the MRL ..looking at the looseforward mix they already have , seems he might be USA bound ..
Really? How old is he? 20? Is the shift to hone his game?

@themojoman 22 in July next year .

Isn’t that the team Ric Salizzo is consultant for?

Isi Tu’ungafasi ( Ta$man) departs the Crusaders to join our Moana Pasifika kāinga and links up with his former New Zealand Under 20 teammate Tau Koloamatangi (Otago).

Good pickup with the younger Tu'ungafasi. Was pushed too early IMO after he came out of school. Seems to have matured his game nicely at Ta$man.

@themojoman was showing a good development trajectory when he left Northland, was pretty disappointed he left TBH...so with 2 of the 3 brothers playing super, hopefully we hold onto Leka and and he gets a super gig down the track too, I expect (hope) with Ofa signed up here next year good chance Leka stays.

@steven-harris Paea is a useful prospect as he also plays midfield so great cover on a bench.

This team is actually shaping up to be better than i thought. Still not sold on the whole eligibility thing but eh.
I think they stand a good chance of knocking off the Tahs, Rebels and Force.
Why? In reality, they have similar eligibility rules to NZ. They just happen to be based in NZ for financial reasons.
