@cpt-kumera Ah could be tempted for either. Send me a DM.

I’ve got a bottle of NZ Chardonnay signed by the 1987 RWC team. Sits alongside a bottle of French Foreign Legion wine I got off a kiwi guy in the Legion as payment for the beers we bought him on the way to watch an All Black test at the 2007 RWC.
Also have a Brad Wiggins signed Tour de France yellow jersey I bought at a ball whilst pissed.

While looking for something amongst a box of rugby stuff I took some photos of some of the old programmes I have.
The Loan Arranger. I certainly wasn't at these games myself.
My father, uncle and grandfather used to go to most of the Auckland tests in the late 1950s and 1960s.
These are very cool, over 100 pages, and produced after tours.

@bovidae yeah mate, 2005/06, 2016/17 and 2018/19 are match worn.
If you know, whose jerseys do you think they are?
There are also the training jerseys to collect.
This Chiefs jersey must have been from 1996/97 based on who is in the photo.

@bovidae yeah I believe that's the 96 training. Love to get my hands on one of those, I've got a few player issued training jerseys. I'm unsure who specifically wore them, 2017 is number 8 and only Messam, Leitch and Cane wore 8 that season so one of those 3. The other ones I haven't narrowed down.

McLeod, Bunce? and Turner. Who's the middle guy?

@yeetyaah the 96 chiefs jerseys were cool
Rugby jerseys were cooler with collars. And, now that tackling above the shoulders is effectively stamped out, surely they should be brought back.

A couple of other match programmes from the box. Two very contrasting games, as in 1983 the Lions won 40-13 whereas in 1993 Waikato beat the Lions 38-10. The curtain-raiser in 1993 was a 1st XV fixture between CCNZ and Hamilton BHS. I can't remember the score and there aren't many familiar names in either team. I do remember the blonde-headed left winger in the HBHS team - Scott Styris.

@kiwiwomble it's a medium.
