Jesus. This was all over the radio this morning but they made no mention of Kefu being involved. Fingers and toes crossed the big man pulls through.

If this was a random home invasion I am sad to say it is a common occurrence in Brisbane. Happens nearly every night, but luckily people don't usually get hurt. And the 'well to do' suburbs are often targeted because the grubs like nice cars to do their crime sprees in.

Was about to say that Corpooroo isn't a dodgy suburb by any means. Probably teenagers who are essentially immune from any punishment. Clearly all that talk about clamping down on this shit after that couple were killed was exactly that, just talk. Hope Kefu and his family won't just become another statistic but they probably will be.

they don't usually choose the home of the large Tongan though do they? The teenage grubs prefer old people don't they? Seems to be the way here.

They probably had no idea. Just saw a nice house and went in. I hope at least some of them copped a belting before the stabbing.

A little more castle doctrine would help...

jeez, thats fast
"Police say the three juveniles were armed with knives, a machete and an axe, all of which were used during the attack."

Yeah this is looking like something other than your typical random bogan scum teenagers. Machete and an axe???? Bloody hell.

amazing there were no immediate fatalities really.
Time to invest in security cameras and a big hungry dog. -
A mate at the rugby club got some info, no idea how or how accurate…
***Just got the update. Four stabbed. Toutai, his wife Rachel and two of the kids. His 18 year old daughter Madison is having her 18 birthday today. Toutai in extremely serious condition. Apparently the house looks like a war zone. Toutai put up a hell of a fight. His injuries are critical I am told. One 15 year old offender currently in custody. Homicide squad had taken point as the lead investigators. That scares me that the advice from the doctor is not looking good. Son got slasher from left shoulder blade down about 25 cm. Toutai got puncture wound right side abdomen and laceration right forearm Rachael the wife had a massive machete/slash the left forearm and was concerned because she could not feel her fingers. They detained 1x 15-year-old arrested at scene but 25 minutes later another 15-year-old presented at Mater public hospital with a stab wound. Looks like Rachael stabbed him in the back on the way out.***

Fuckers that did this shit need to go to prison for a very long time as a punishment for what they did and as a warning to other young fluffybunnies out there.
I'm sure the whole Rugby family is thinking of Kefu and his family and hoping he pulls through. Proud that he defended his family against these tossers.

@kiwiwomble Horrific. Completely savage.
-
@mantissanet i kind of hope he's wrong because it horrifying, but he's one of these guys thats been around the club scene for ages so you never know what kind of weird contacts he has and is generally a stand up bloke
