I think he was quite wanted in HB at the time, but I’m glad he’s away from the Kanes. Well, TBF, if he’d remained in Napier the Kanes would have ignored him anyway.
But I think Chiefs is the best place for him, we need to make room for RTS - I’ve got the best interest of both teams and NZ rugby as my highest priority. 😏

For franchise rugby you may have a point (the Kanes can eat a dick), for real rugby, provincial and test, I’d be top 5 loyal I reckon.
