@cgrant Prop out of Otago Boys HS. Was part of the 2017 NZ Schools team; he came off the bench in two of their 3 games in the 16 jersey. He's the cousin of former Otago hooker Sekonaia Pole.
He's not an Otago squad member, so I assume he's part of the development team (can't find the squad list of that team).
He's there as injury/national team cover, along with Tevita Pole (who I imagine is his brother/cousin too?). So if Bower remains with the All Blacks, he could end up as part of the squad fulltime.

Only a couple of minutes in and faddes and vahaakolo seem to be a bit confused, popping up in each other’s positions

Stags ripped off with what should have been a forward pass from the halfback off the lineout set piece..should have been a scrum to the stags ,poor from the officials
