There's a complaint against NZ athletes too, but nothing official. I guess they were just loud, which could be annoying in a plane. But I would give them slack
Probably a bunch of Karens in the other seats. Fuck em, let the athletes relax and enjoy each other's company
who the fuck else is on the plane? It's not like you can just rock up here when you like.
And there can't be very many either. The flight attendants even offered for other passengers to sit up front if they wanted peace. I reckon it would have been great sitting amongst it, soaking up the energy

Same, to an extent. What these athletes need to remember is they aren't on a contiki tour bus. Some passengers aren't as appreciative of their efforts.
It is slightly amusing to have the crew changeover find you in the galley searching for whatever booze remains because the take-off crew thought it easier on everyone rather than us continually asking. Apparently that wasn't mentioned in the handover brief.

Key difference is turned down music when asked, wore masks when asked, and settled down when asked. Otherwise partied and drank half the booze on teh plane ... well done

Sounds like your average holiday flight from the UK.
Always seems to be stag do’s or “lads weekends” or hen parties that are tanked from early drinking at Wetherspoons in the airport then continuing during the flight.Never done that

it was that old Gerard Depardieu incident on a plane a few years ago that I thought went a bit far.
