So, Suns - Bucks for the finals, which is going to be nice. I'm pleased as I don't really care which team wins as both have a player I'd like to see get a ring. I might be leaning Suns after seeing CP3 go so big to get them there, but equally I'd like the Greek to win so that some other small market teams might be able to stay relevant.
Fun couple of weeks coming up with this, AB tests, and the TDF.
Agree with all this, love both but the CP3 story is too good and it's possibly his last chance. The Giannis/Middleton/Holliday combo is good and will only get better. They'll have more chances.

@tewaio thing is, Paul is a knob . He constantly flops, he whines worse than Luka and Lebron, and his antics are often a disgrace (when he bitched on his opponent for having his singlet untucked it was just embarrassing)
TGF has his faults, but he plays the right way. Never sells calls, doesn't flop, just all out effort.

Can't wait for this series to start. Anything could happen! The Bucks have the best player but the Suns have the two next best. I have this sneaking suspicion that Bridges will be asked to carry a significant offensive load. We'll need the scoring to be spread as we can't expect Paul to score 30 too often and I reckon Booker will be well marked. So Bridges and Ayton will need to contribute with the ball, and Bridges is a guy who could really upset the balance. Crowder will have to drop some 3s and ensure he's drawing guys outside to create opportunities inside, and Ayton under the glass will have to make hard baskets and take O rebounds all day.

Good solid win for the Suns, but they had to win it or else all the pressure is on them.

What I love about this series also is that only one player across both rosters has played in an NBA finals series (Crowder).
Just on the order of best players, I’d probably go
- Giannis
- Paul
- Middleton
- Booker
- Holiday

He might have that receding hairline and not have the Insta girlfriend, but Middleton slightly edges Booker given his all round game. There’s something unassuming about Middleton that I quite like.
@voodoo Ayton has really stepped up in these playoffs, as has Lopez. But I like Holiday’s defence over both of them.
I’d go Ayton at 6 and Lopez 7.

@act-crusader Booker has overtaken Middleton this year, if he hadn't already. One is a franchise player, the other is not.
