Kyle troubling the batsmen with the extra bounce
he looks damn hard to play - swing, seam and bounce is hard. Leaving one going over middle is amazing - smart, but wow
Just clattered Gill right in the grill

yeah, yikes. Standing out of crease and getting to the ball... ouch

That was a sharp one. Come down the pitch at Kyle and you will get that. Nasty stuff 😉
-
We need that to hit the damn stumps

dont' come down to the fast tall bloke perhaps?

CdG too short and a bit wide-ish.
-
The bounce seems a bit variable for a first days play.

Rohit is some player. He just spanked that.
Don't want to be a broken record, but this is a step up and then some from bowling at England's batsmen.
yes, absolutely - but we bowled much better at them too.
CDG bowling really well. Two short balls to the boundary - but has really threatened the outside edge of these very very good players. I can see why they picked him

Man there's swing, seam and some variable bounce. And India are 53/0. That's really disappointing.

Yeah. Win the toss, bowl first on a track hooping around... 53/0.
Not to be fatalistic about these things but you almost may as well shut the gate on an NZ win soon.
