Might be stating the obvious, but the difference between this game and the previous NZ game is vast.
In a good way?

Fantastic try at the end by the Force - what a nudge by Kahui.
I agree with the criticisms on here of Damon Murphy in recent weeks - man is he a poor ref.
I been a bit disappointed with Murphy, and I hate criticising refs, but he doesn't seem comfortable or relaxed when he reffing now. Bugger me and I kind of like keeping an eye on him as I was at very first senior game he reffed, was my club in Brisbane.

So Kuridrani, who only got a yellow card and we thought he deserved red, has been cited and suspended for three weeks:

So he's out for the Chiefs game in Perth and possibly the game against the Highlanders (also Perth)

@crucial He'll only miss the Highlanders game if he doesn't play the SR AU final or club rugby on the day of the SR AU final (like Naisarani and Fa'amausili).
Says 'next scheduled match'. I guess there will be some hasty scheduling

Club games going on every weekend in Perth 😉

@crucial Having thought more about it, have NZ club rugby games ever counted towards SR suspensions? I can't remember.
pretty sure. i have memories of the Crusaders using hte old "yea so-and-so current All Black (probably Moody the fucking thug) was always scheduled to play a club game in the bye round" only a couple of years back, to a huge amount of merriment everywhere.

@mariner4life Moody was suspended for two games and missed two games (against the Blues and Hurricanes) in 2018.

I think they have changed the rules to avoid club games counting for a suspension.
This was one of the changes made ahead of the 2017 SR season:In the determination of an incident and the handing down of any sanctions, the committee will now have the ability to exclude any regular season Super Rugby byes as part of a meaningful sanction. This is a significant change and will ensure all sanctions issued during Super Rugby are treated consistently across all teams.
It seems the Judiciary in the recent cases in SR AU considers missing club rugby games as part of a "meaningful sanction", or the Juriciary Process introduced in 2017 is no longer applied.
