• Conditions haven't helped. I haven't seen the whole day's play but there isn't as much assistance off the deck as Melbourne.
• Yadav not being there is also a factor
• The openers being openers helps. Not one guy with zero form and the other middle order batsmen who looks like he's on speed.

Poor captaincy from Rahane today. He left bowling Jadaja until far too late, while leaving Ashwin on half the day to bowl a ton of innocuous deliveries, which when they did turn, were generally too straight.

@Hooroo it was the continual comments from the press about "we/he has waited so long for this" that shit me. He's 22, in basically his first year of serious cricket.
