    KJ nails it. Bowled.

outstanding effort. Our thrid and fourth seamers are something to behold

Pffft Wags hasn’t got a single wicket. Drop him now.

What have you done for me lately?

    Wags now thinks he’s a batting all-rounder...

What about Ferguson? Is he just going to have to wait for an injury/retirement now?

I heard on the radio the commentators talking about ‘all rounder’ Doug Bracewell potentially getting back in the team.

Faaaaaark off, that ship sailed years ago. Go and have another drink with Jessie.

Unfortunately, very bad news on Ferguson. Stress fracture. Absolutely gutted.

So I guess its obligatory to debate whether we should enforce follow on if we can.

Weather in Wellington is good over next 3 days.

I think we should enforce. We have 4 quicks + Mitchell to share the load.

Indeed. Without getting ahead of ourselves a couple of innings hidings in a row would speak volumes about where we are as a team

Let’s be honest, they aren’t gonna avoid the follow on ( cue a Windies tail ender getting more runs in one innings than his whole career ) so anyone reckon Latham might be on the blower to KW to talk tactics ?

Enforce the follow on without a doubt.

The bowlers have only rolled the arm over a few times each, they won’t be tired.

Both guys at the crease are debutants and they basically have a marginally less shit Chris Martin to follow. They need to get them back in nice and quick and rub it in.

Not to mention Wags is in danger of getting no wickets this innings. This means angry Wags and angry Wags is good for NZ

Gotta love being able to stream live sports anywhere now. I was watching this from hospital in the delivery unit waiting for baby boy #3 to come. The midwife was a cricket nut so no shady looks from her either. The little guy waited till after 6pm which allowed me to catch most of the days play.

Well we are slapping them again but we didn't bat particularly well. Not sure how many times Nicholls ended up being dropped but it got beyond a joke in the end. Basically the difference between the teams is we actually took our regulation catches which shouldn't be the case at this level.

Jamieson is some player though. Has all the attributes both mentally and physically to become a world class bowling all rounder. So excited to see how he develops.

Agree with enforcing the follow on. This pitch won't break up so batting last shouldn't be a factor. Just put them in again and keep the foot on the throat.

Surprised that Wagner and Boult have been given the ball this morning. Would have thought Southee and Jamieson earner the right to have frost crack at finishing off the tail.

@No-Quarter massive congrats old mate 🙂

Timmy with a Michelle. Every time there’s talk of writing him off he proves the doubters wrong.

This might even bring @Baron-Silas-Greenback out of exile to gloat.

But seriously, when was the last time Boult AND Wagner went wicketless in an innings ?

Wags just got the one over so Southee could swap ends.

Southee cleans up the last 2 wickets quickly this morning and it’s the first time 2 NZ bowlers have got 5 fors in the same innings.

100%.....our 3rd and 4th seamers make it the closest we’ve ever had to a mid 80s style West Indies attack as well. As if to prove a point Boult has made sure he gets the first two wickets to get himself on the board too !

Chase got caught on his crease and Kyle’s swing does the rest. Two goose eggs for Chase.
