I actually would like to see the shield up for grabs in the Hawkes v Taniwha match. Adds some extra interest to the "championship" final.

i think it would be pretty cool for a Union that by all metrics should have been cut from the competition years ago (had the NZRU not blinked) to get a piece of silverware.

No Sam Nock, Cooper on Bench, Hawkins to start, Corey Taylor comes onto bench, otherwise 13 of the 15 who have started the last 2 games are unchanged...those 2 changes to the starting 15 are massive.
