The rumour mill is strong on Harden moving to join KD and Kyrie. Get stuffed!
It might be a case of who moves from Houston first between him and Westbrook.
The movement of All-Stars in today’s NBA really is on another level.
I’ll be cheering for Steph and the Warriors next season.
I'd love to see Harden go to Brooklyn. 2 guys that need the ball and one guy who should get the ball in crunch time

They'll shoot 60 3's between those three + Harris. And they'll concede 150 points per game (and still win 60 of them)
The Schroeder/ Green trade is extraordinarily good for the Lakers
I still wish (for both teams) that Harden would be traded straight up for Embiid.
Hope Dallas do something, they're my team until they get bundled out and I support the Lakers finishing fast.
@ACT-Crusader As for Steph and the Warriors, I used to love them. And I still love Klay. But they way Steph recruited KD, and the fact that a few injuries mean they get a #2 pick, I can't get behind them anymore. They've changed...😬

Mine too. I think (hope, wish) that they are waiting and trying to get the Greek with Doncic. That would be tasty.

Harris is a potential trade card.
Spencer D won’t be liking this rumour talk.
Love Klay and the fact both Steph and Klay are still in the Bay Area says a lot about both of them.

What dont you get there? The Warriors were NBA finalists in 2016 without KD and they only lost because of Draymonds nut-punch.
To bring back the same team but recruit KD is a joke and a blight on Curry's legacy. They go on to have an unstoppable team for 2yrs (no shit) and KD gets 2 x Finals MVPs that really could have been Steph's if KD never came.
Lebron built a team and recruited AD sure, but the Lakers were absolutely not a superpower without AD.

you fucking LBJ stans will say anything to justify your bullshit
yeah, he did stuff, but not as bad as those guys!!
also, the over use of the word "legacy" with regards to the NBA is fucking stupid.

So tell me how it's the same then?
Lebron building a team is the same as Kawhi, or KD and Kyrie getting together. Player power, influence over the front office. But not taking a NBA finalist and adding one of the 3 best guys in the league!
Christ, you call out Lebron apologists, imagine if Lebron had recruited KD to the Cavs in 2017! The Lebron haters would be calling for him to be castrated.
Curry was fucking limp, and so was KD for going there. Going to Brooklyn to try and build something is much cooler.
And if you don't care about legacy, you're not a true fan. You can bet that all the greats absolutely care about their legacy. You don't really get it in other sports, the constant ranking of guys across different eras into lists, the statistical comparisons, the value put on various player awards and titles.

LeBron tried to get Kawhi to go with AD - but because he was unsuccessful and Kawhi went to the Clippers somehow that makes it ok?
Fake news 😉
But yeah, would have been disgusting if they'd landed all 3. No idea how they could have actually fielded a full team though with those 3 guys

apologist and gatekeeping in one post. solid.
No, i don't see it as any worse than, say, the Heatles. Or begging to trade your entire team to get one of the 5 best in the league. And still trying to get others.
Also, i don't care, because i really only care about the Spurs. And we used to have a great team. And now we don't. And it looks like we are heading for a rebuild, because i read a DdR to the Lakers story the other day (i would trade him for the right price).
This is the player power era. Super teams are going to happen every year. I don't give a shit. I just find it hilarious that a person's perception of the trade is based on who they like and who they don't like. And who they beat in the process.

the bits coming the other way were a bit shit, so hopefully the story was bullshit. DDR would need to get traded for picks IMO.

I find it odd that you don't think any of us are capable in assessing a trade outside our personal personal preferences. Because I absolutely LOVED Curry. Still really like him. Was just gutted when he recruited KD. I also loved that team before KD. Klay is one of my all time favs, I loved Iggy, Bogut, even Draymond was less of a fuckwit.

Surely LAs picks wouldn't be great, especially if they related to the next couple of years?

so, for all that, why the hate for getting a good player? I don't get it. All those guys were still there. A good team did what any good organisation does, and gets the best players available. I've never understood why people have hated them for doing what they would absolutely love their team to do. Build from the draft, play unbelievable basketball, trade in the best players available, and win rings.
I really enjoyed watching that Warriors team play. A team full of very good players (and two absolute superstars) still playing team-orientated basketball, sharing the rock and moving for each other. Great to watch.
I like Curry, seems like a very good dude. And, from what i see, very unassuming for one of the very best in the world. I really hope he comes back and plays well this year

It was great basketball, I agree with that. But boy was it unfair. I just dislike seeing a team so far ahead of all opposition that the competition becomes a forgone conclusion.
I actually dont mind GSW at all now, Draymond is a bit more of a fuckwit, though his TV is pretty funny. And I certainly have respect for their front office. And I still like the way they play. As I mentioned at some point, the draft rules annoy me because I dont they deserved the #2 pick, but that's not their fault entirely.
