<p>If you have the better spinners, you don't want a spinning pitch. A good pitch can make a mediocre spinner to be a really good one. In saying that our spinners did look a lot better than mediocre. It was good to see Ronchi get a few runs as well.</p>

<p>Those figures hardly say he is a top quality spinner who is a threat in any conditions. In our conditions he appears no better than Nathan McCullum.</p>

<p>Maybe NZ should be trying to replicate sub continent pitches like in India next time the Aussies come rather than green tops.</p> -

<p>Bit late to this - but what a stunningly good catch that was by NMac to dismiss Dhoni - took guts to dive forward like that.</p>

<p>Loved hearing the crowd during the highlights I watched - with Kohli and Dhoni were in, they were still in party mood and expecting to win, bit of a shocked silence when Kohli was out and then the next wickets fell so fast and they were out of the door.</p>

<p>Saw a bit of Gayle this morning - they needed 9 an over when I went downstairs to make a cup of tea, when I got back Gayle had taken Moeen for 3 consecutive 6s and it was a run a ball stroll.</p> -
