<p>In eulogies to Bowie, music critics seemed to like to downplay his work in the 80's and 90's until his final two albums in 2014/15. This is 90's Bowie song that I first heard on a Now That's What I Call Music compilation, and it was his last UK top ten hit. I liked it a lot at the time but thought little about the lyrics.</p>
