    @Kiwiwomble the week before v Northland, wasnt he one of the ones out that week?

    You'd think with that week off, he is injured this week...

    so, Nareki (ribs) and Hammington (Achilles) both with niggles

    Dickson injured his knee in training and could be out for a couple of weeks

    Coltman out for the season apparently, thats a blow 😞

    Manaaki Selby-Rickit back for southland which will lift them

    @Kiwiwomble there's always a sense of peril for otago fans leading up to this fixture. I remember it was the same in the early 90s.
    Never seems to pan out too bad though

    @Siam maybe Southland specifically but we have had a bit of a history for turning up for the tough games and not for the so called easy ones

    @Kiwiwomble given all thier games in Invercargill this year have been tight...average of 1 point in it this year...naki being the highest scorer with 17, while Southland have scored 16 (W) 11 (W) 9 (L) 9 (L)

    There will be added pressure on them though, as they simply must win to have a shot at the top 4.
