@Crazy-Horse I'd suggest a cup of concrete. Auckland and Blues fans cop just as much shit and it is generally just banter, wind up, fishing. Call it what you will.
Even us Magpies fans cop it and we're the nicest out there, supporting our small inoffensive mostly home grown team.
Yep. Although not winning all the time but talking like you do is a minor hiccough.

No they don't. Sure they get shit, but it ain't on the Cantab scale.
That comes with winning a lot and there have been some ungracious Cantab winners.

And I am getting roasted for it!
The oven's not even hot, this is more like sous vide warm.
We haven't even mentioned 6 fingers or banjos yet.

@Snowy the ungracious fluffybunnies don't post here much any more...
True, but it won't stop as from putting you all in the same box.

6 fingers are under rated. It's amazing what an extra finger can achieve.

Must be fantantatic for playing the banjo.
The piss taking is most of the fun.

Thankfully no one ever bashes the 'Bush.
Are you saying none of us ever get laid?
-
@Machpants You should join the Wairarapa-Bush Tipping team on this website then. They are usually pretty dominant, having won the Title many times but seem to be struggling a bit this season and in danger on not making the play offs for the first time in living memory. They are mostly mates of mine with connections to the Bush (mostly mates of former Bush players) so I do get a bit of ribbing from them but they have been strangely quiet this season. Still waiting for Triple T to front up and pay up the jug he owes me after HB took them down earlier this season! Stick your hand up for them next season then? https://www.thesilverfern.com/tipping

Only the polish chicks, so 81.27% of us

Phrasing not great there.
Oh right - rugby. How about this one from a couple of years ago:
https://times-age.co.nz/wairarapa-bush-crushed-wanganui/That is serious bush bashing by one of my heartland teams.

Fake news. Not a link to a learned Fern article so must be made up!

@Crazy-Horse Don't get too upset about it mate. Us Auckland/Blues fans have copped it for years and will cop it again once we lose form that's for sure especially from certain Canterbury/Crusaders fans.
Of course we're gonna dish it out when the roles are reversed even if it only lasts a short time
-
@African-Monkey not upset mate. My skin is a bit thicker than that Just think it's a pity some good potential posters may be getting put off.
There seems to be a dearth of Canterbury posters. Crusader/Canterbury threads seem to be the least contributed to, and their match threads are mainly the other team fans .
It's a shame because I think these are some interesting times for Canterbury/Crusaders. Young players leaving the province/signing for other franchises, no decent Crusader signings from the 'outside' for a few years, stale NPC team. Temporary problems or are we seeing the end of golden times?
-
@Crazy-Horse Can't you rely on Ta$man to buy some success for the Crusaders at least anyway?

Ta$man being Crusader feeding ground seems to be becoming a myth. I might be wrong but but it appears like there are just as many players from other franchises there now. Too lazy to do the count myself...

@Donsteppa Do you get in for free arriving at the game that much after kick off or were the gatekeepers still on duty?
Still on duty and had to buy a ticket - got to the entry gate at about the 25 minute mark.

That's not true. I still post here quite a lot!
Oh, you're talking about Cantabs.
As you were!
