The TMO and the referee were focusing on Riccitelli and did not see that it was Ben May, who was standing on the latter's side, who was the culprit. Actually, Riccitelli did nothing wrong.
What was stunning is that the producer did see the incident and kept his cameras on Ben May, but it did not get the TMO's attention.

@Tim It would surprise if that's the case, considering who are already there. I think someone like Boshier has a better chance, but it would be an awesome experience for Flanders, if true. I've no doubt he'll be an All Black in the next year or two.
