Its a buzz standing on those scales and seeing a lower number flash up, quite the opposite when you havent lost anything tho!

First goal was always to reach 80kgs, then see how im looking..the mrs doesnt want me too skinny...maybe so im not too attractive to the opposite sex? :nta -

Yep, its a trap! Make sure you drop as much weight as possible then put 10kg back on in the gym. Openly flirt with as many women as you can in this new buff-virgil state and then start making weight jibes to Mrs Virgil (to be) to keep her on her toes. Chicks dig that!!

Seriously, good stuff though. Its always such a buzz hitting a target mark or weighing less after a huge feed and with clothes on, than you did in undies with an empty stomach before you started your diet! -

Monday

No bike ride, instead a 45 minute walk first thing this morning, have been doing some reps with the d/b weights as well. About 5 or 6 different ways at 10 or 20 each.

Funny after the weightloss stalling for about 3 weeks i have exercised less over the past 2 weeks and now the weightloss has picked up again :nta
