    @Duluth it was a fair effort for RTS to make that squad from Otahuhu College too.

    What about RTS's defence at centre? The tackling style is a little different in RL, so that would be an adjustment.

    I’d say he is a better tackler than what Laumape was when playing league.

    Looking at some highlight reels. If he played Union, RTS should play Right Wing and be used in a similar way to the All Blacks did Nehe Milner Skudder in 2015.RWC. His massive step would be a handful one-on-one. Could use his passing to link with supporting Back Row players.

    Just a quick question. Is anyone commenting on RTS playing union not very familiar with him?

    And a better player all round at league by some margin , Roger is a gun

    TBF to Laumape his injuries meant we never really got to see how good he was ... that margin might not have been that big if he actually got play. Instead he opened the door for Kata to dither around.

    I haven’t watched super rugby for years, but...

    I don’t know who you are talking about, but I remember a guy....

    @ACT-Crusader yip pretty much.

    As said, not knowing about a subject is no reason not to comment on here. But what you should know about RTS vs a Benji, SBW or Laumape is this guy is one of the best rugby league players ever. Not just right now. Ever.

    If he goes to union he will succeed. I hope he stays in League though.

    He probably should have come straight away for the best chance of making the ABs.

    RTS would be taking a huge pay cut to leave the Warriors.

    Would the Blues be the best place for him to go? Highlanders would probably be the best place with the least amount of competition.

    @Yeetyaah I doubt he would throw away a career just to play with the likes of Shannon Frizell.
