<p>For years you could argue that rugby was only really played or accessible by all classes in NZ and Wales. Everywhere else it wasn't seen as a working class sport</p> -

<p>When speaking direct I always said 'sir' but if it was general comment during play it was 'aw ref, he's offside' or whatever! </p> -
