With the status of actualy attending NPC games uncertain, all the more reason to enhance the virtual experience and with that in mind .....
The world-famous TSF NPC Tipping Comp is back for another run around the block. New players are always welcome, not to mention critical to keeping the teams competition alive

first timer...whats with the "south island" rather than all the teams?

@Kiwiwomble I think that has to do with the fact that they need a minimum number of participants in the tipping comp per team. There aren't enough participants to have all the teams, so hence one South Island team. No doubt, @KiwiPie will correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, that's right. Back in the day nearly each province had enough to put a team together. Also why there is a Counties-Waikato team.
Sheer lack of numbers for the worlds greatest tipping comp, bar none!

As @Stargazer and @Hooroo say it is down to a lack of players. But each year, we re-organise the teams based on who joins. Back in 2006 when the first NPC Tipping Comp was run, we had 12 teams - those were the days
So to join, just tip Week 1 and I'll form up the teams after the tips are in - 6 players per team is ideal, 5 is minimum.

Last call to enter the tipping competition, the first game is tonight. 29 entrants so far not including myself and a few regulars are yet to join - if we can get to 40+ that will be perfect for an 8 team competition.
