Hello Captain Miller and anyone thats bored enough to read this post.

Red Bull felt it was high fucking time he got his lazy life in order, and this started with getting a new job. Working as a graphic designer for myself, while allowing me to spend copious amounts of time to post shit on TSF, was not paying the bills quite as effectively as is necessary at my age. At the new job, if I tried to post on the Fern, the internet police would have my fucking nuts on toast (apologies if you're eating while you read this). Plus, of course, I wouldn't get the work done I need to do.

So now I'm working for a large printing company, and as a result, I just can't get onto the Fern as much as I'd like (if at all). It's been playing on my mind that I'm poised to hit the prodigious and prestigeous 4000 posts, but alas, after this post, it'll probably take another few months to get to the big figure.

Also, the hours I now spend actually doing work mean I have turned into a fat bastard again, reaching the sickening weight of 99.98 kgs. I'm still playing footy and tennis, but I've found my pace has dropped a bit. Not happy about that. Maybe it's something to do with hitting 30 years of age. I feel old and dirty. As opposed to when I felt young and dirty. 😁

you've been missed RB, no one to keep NTA in line on his side of the fence these days! Congrats on the new job but sorry to hear about the Fern access, my suggestion is all the time the site is accessible then nothing to stop you posting. People only ever check internet usage is if you're not doing what you're expected to do. Its all about managing expectations, get them used to a certain amount of work from you each day (usually about 3 hours proper work) then do a bit more and they think you're working your bollocks off, as it is, you're only working 3 and a half hours!

Good luck with FB's

Thanks for your comments Dodge.......NTA certainly needs someone from his side of the pond to keep him in line...then again, he's just as unlikely to listen to one of his own countrymen as he is a Kiwi or Pom. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
I'll post any progress of fatbusting in the near future, which starts with a diet revision. I'll get back to you. :shifty:

Ok fellow fatbusters.....my fatbusting has wobbled to a halt of late, and I should really get back on it. When I started my new job before Christmas, I was ducking across the road to the carvery and getting a toasted ham/tomato sanger, along with a 600ml iced coffee. This, I now realize, is where my problems lie. Now that job seems to have taken a turn for the worse, I can avoid such lunch time habits.

At the peak of my fatbusting form, when I was sprint training, and watching carefully what I ate, I think I got down to something like 94-95 kgs. Sadly, I'm back up at 100 kgs on the dot, though I still have enough residual fitness and pace to hold my own at Monday night touch footy. Tennis is still going too. However, if I could get back to 95 kgs, it would be great for my general health, and I suppose for my all round effectiveness at footy.

So I think it's time to get into it again. I need to come up with a routine that doesn't rely as heavily on my knees as my old regime did, with all the running I was doing. This knee soreness was what caused the halt to the programme in the 1st place. A circuit-based routine may be the go, along with the elimination of foods such as toasted sangers and iced coffee! :shifty:

I need a moment to think about it..... :shifty: Any suggestions are welcome

    Smartarse.

From the dot upwards, I'm about a 6 pack of Fourex Gold cans and 3/4 of a bottle of Bundaberg's finest.

Which reminds me, I must get back onto drinking my Bundy with Schweppes Lime Soda, instead of coke, as I'm sure it contains less sugar, and tastes bloody good. I'm pretty sure that it contributed to significant weight loss back in my fatbusting heyday. :nta

I've switched to Diet Coke or Coke Zero (depending what's available) and have to say the after-effects are much less noticeable too :nta

yeah I noticed that from your comments on Noddy's thread.

The thing is, I find both Coke Zero and Diet Coke to be particularly intolerable. They use that horrendous shit called Nutra-sweet, don't they? :nta

Thanks, but no thanks. I have tried it with Bundy and have decided I will stick to rum with lime soda, or even pineapple juice, before I'll get into that nutra sweet shit.

The hangover resulting from lime soda is far less unpleasant than what I got with rum/coke. It's a winner, I tell ya!

187 cm. And I'm not over 100 kgs thanks, you chunky cheeky little prick. 😁 I'm right on 100 kgs at the moment. My goal weight, as I said earlier, is around the 94-95kgs to start with. We'll see from there.

It's strange, both my older brothers are over 6'3", and weigh less than 90 kgs (real string beans) while I'm the nuggety one in the family. :nta
