    Tickets for this game went on sale, yesterday. I understand that 10,000 have been sold.

    At least assistant coach Neil Barnes offered some bright news. Captain and openside flanker Sam Cane, who has yet to play in the domestic tournament because of a lower back problem, could return if not feeling any discomfort after training on Wednesday.

    Lock Mitchell Brown could also be back to replace Tupou Vaa’i, who has been unwell and will be given a spell. The team is named Friday.

    The forecast for Christchurch isn't terrible, by the way:

    I did read that Ardron has been nursing a hamstring injury, but has never been listed on the ever-growing injury list.

    @Bovidae skip is back and Brown is back. Manu on the bench. Hopefully Cane's return can help the team out. Will be a tough game in Christchurch.

    @Hooroo No.

    This is from the media release:

    The Crusaders return to Orangetheory Stadium this weekend for the first time since March, and Head Coach Scott Robertson has named an unchanged line up to take on the Chiefs on Sunday afternoon.

    .

    Several Crusaders players are also set to turn out for their clubs this week, including Quinten Strange and Andrew Makalio, who are both returning from injury.

    Cheers,

    I wasn't going to click on a pikey Canterbury link.

    I can't see the Chiefs winning but they need to put out a much better performance, and the drivers of the team (Weber and Cruden especially) need to front up.

    Nankivell is playing club rugby again. Tupaea is the favoured centre it seems.

    Slater's throwing worries me too.

    Well that looks ominous.

    Te Toiroa Tahuriorangi is neither on the bench, nor listed as unavailable?

    @Donsteppa When is his contract up? He'd be a decent replacement for Ruru.

    @Tim Until 2021. I'm not sure what is happening there as he never even got off the bench in Dunedin.
