    I am still waiting for the bad day when I struggle to lift the weights I did the previous week.  There has been an increase every session.  Loving it at the moment.  Cardio has taken a wee dive this week due to work commitments

    if you gotta make a choice, sacrifice the weights, not the cardio!  But best - do both!!

    Yeah, I always do weights before work thinking the day is OK and that I will be able to get away from work for cardio.

    Fatbusting took a dip over the weekend, especially yesterday when I attempted a 2kg steak with trimmings.  It was supposed to be for 2 people but I thouhgt the menu was lying.  It wasn't!

    It's been a poor poor week for me.  Had a piss-up every night since Thursday last week.  It's all caught up on me now and all I want to do, is lie down in my seat for the entire flight and sleep.<br />

    I may have well paid rent to the pub as I spent more time in it than home

    reluctantly weighed myself this morning as I was bored and the hotel has flash looking scales.  I've lost 9 KG's!!!!  Super happy about that as I have been doing weights nearly every day for the past 5 weeks.<br />

    I use it in the morning as a warm up before weights.  I go for a swim after that, so that is my main exercise.  It's a beautiful pool and it's quite amazing going for a swim on sunrise before breakfast

    Still loving the gym.  Can now Bench press my own bodyweight, which is as good as I was doing when playing rugby at the highest level I played at.  Not repping my Bodyweight from the begginning, but can increase and finish on it.  Too farkin hot to do anything apart from gym and use the pool.  Cardio has taken a backwards step

    dude that sucks totally - has your weight totally blown out over the last couple of years or has it been instigated by something? for example whenever i put on weight it was usually after i broke something.

    It's because I've been away from the misses.  I get bored, so I end up going out with some mates most nights.  Mrs Hooroo is good for watching what I eat, even if i do most of the cooking.  I saw her over the weekend and she was astonished at how chubby I had got.  She told me to make the most of the next 10 days in manila as I will be excercising and dieting when I get home

    running, schmunning.  Get your arse on that rower, and eat right.  I was 118, and about 6 inches shorter than you Hooroo - so row, and watch your eating, and pow, your weight will drop like nobodies busniess!
