Calf raises with a Smith Machine. It's just a machine that holds the barbell in it's vertical plane.

Yeah load the bar on the smith machine up like a squat and place a wooden block on the ground below. It works just like a standing calf machine you put the balls of your feet on the block and do your raises.

we lost 5-4 last night, had a great game, and at one stage I was covering across, the corner flagging sort of thing, but this bloke was going to score, he had me gone, but the silly bastard didn't think he had the legs, so cut back in and looked for support, and we snuffed that one out.  Anyway leson to young soldiers, nhever give up!!
