Kohli called incorrectly so NZ will bowl first. No Patel as expected.
That pitch is bloody green. These pitches often look worse than they are, but I would not want to be batting now.
Are our groundsmen taking the piss a bit?
Shaw ran straight down the middle of the pitch for that quick single.
Umpires should be vigilant for that in this first session when the pitch is so green.

Jamieson has been bowling quite well. Unlucky with 2 chances. He's not quick but he gets a lot of bounce.
That drop by BJ could end up costly. Chance to not quite open up an end, but on the way to it.
Fark me, I love Neil Wagner. Just tries his guts out, love to see him bowl. Fantastic stuff.

Overall, though, I'm not too worried that he didn't get a start in Sydney. A debut against the rampant Aussies in a demoralized team might have set him back a couple of years.
