Red Beard, mate now has the book on the Bulgarian system of training. Now just have to get it off him, photocopy the relevant pages, and get them through to you... You'll bloody love it.

Hey Red Beard, do you prefer those big muscle group exercises?

At the moment i am doing tradiitonal combos during sessions eg. Monday Chest and Arms, Wednesday Shoulders and Back, etc....usually working from the biggest exercises for those muscle groups first. But it feels less effective than previous training patterns where the big exercises you describe above have been the core of routines.

However, i am missing out legs lately as it messes me up in terms of training Tuesday and Thursday and games on Saturday.
?!?

Is that a safety thing? Is this common?

Do they allow Squats with free weights or Good Mornings? Are they less 'dangerous'?
Plenty of people get injuries from trying to bench to heavy too..

Saw a guy at the gym last night doing military press with far too much weight for him with a barbell, swaying all over the place. Was waiting for him to either snap his lower back or drop the weights on someone.

More a damage to floor thing. Only squats you can do are on a smith machine which is obviously a bit shit.

Got spoken to a few weeks back for banging weights on the floor while finishing dumbell press, was disturbing the yoga class below. Fucking hippies.
