Tasman vs Auckland (Premiership semi-final)

Well I did say 7 days ago that I thought Auckland would be the team that would give Ta$man one hell of a game..congratulations to Ta$man , but seriously impressed with what Auckland bought to this semi final , very small margins at the end of the day ...I just thought Ta$man offered a little bit more off the bench..the injuries Ta$man have picked up will be concern for the Final..

The Magpies obviously pecked holes in those Mako fins; making it harder for them to dominate in this game.

Fucking hell - watching this stuff is not good for you!
We got out of jail a bit - Auckland dominated the first 60 minutes really. I think we had a better bench and finished the game more accurately. Thank fuck for Strange, Roach, Havili and Nankivell - and Paea, except he undid quite a bit of his good work dropping the kick-off.
I hope Mo'unga and the Barretts weren't watching that goal-kicking (and penalty line-kicking). Mitch Hunt had an out and out shocker with those - and Plummer wasn't a great deal better.
Those injuries will hurt us for the final - hopefully Will Jordan and Quin Strange can play.
Hope they've got Glen Jackson lined up final!

Blade of grass in it. Ratshit.
Yeah. Hardly "clear and obvious" as the laws state to overturn.
Looked pretty obvious to me ...
Depends whom you were supporting I suppose.

Turning point was that tired looking tackle from WRK in the build up to the first try. He had a pretty good game up until that point (might have been the first time he played 80mins at this level?)
Choat is improving quickly. I hope he gets a Blues contract. His defensive work is huge and he's developing a partnership with Papali'i

Watching this on delay at the 52nd minute.
Tim Perry is such a fucking tool.
Yeah - that was a bit typical of him. Not a cool head and had already possibly pissed the ref. off.
Could have been very costly.
