Otago vs Canterbury (RS)
-
Best locking combo, best loose trio available (Sanders would be ahead of Prinsep) plus Douglas on the bench, great group of props and I like the look of the backline with Punivai at centre given the continued absence of Ennor. Centre is Punivai's position and 12 is Batemans' best. Still have a 12 on one wing and a 10/15 on the other but that's ok at this level and both have had their moments.
Looking forward to this.

Good guys score a try. McKay in for another try.
10-0.
-
Otago needed that ,only a 2 score game, despite Canterbury having their noses ahead
-
Any backs have injuries in Japan, get Nareki on the plane please
-
@Stockcar86 I prefer Leicester Fainga'anuku, but Nareki isn't bad.
-
Good half of code..plenty of opportunities from both teams, but the holders after looking under the pump in the first 20 minutes have come right back into it..have actually created better try scoring opportunities..,and along with 2 missed penalties..
-
@Higgins Aren't we talking about a black jersey if we're talking about Japan? I've never seen Jonah as a future AB.
He could be a good SR player if he didn't get injured all the time and got opportunities when not injured, but I've never looked further than the MABs. -
Gee that forward pass call looked harsh ,given the Canterbury one the officials missed in the first half
-
Great covering tackle to save that try
-
What a tackle from McKay..but I have got to say ,Otago are killing themselves with a really poor kicking game
-
Great set piece play ..Game on
