Absolutely especially to see Ricky put in an effort even though he switched off after getting past the second horse to let it grab second on the line.
Polly was just super doing that three wide the whole trip.

Shit day punting yesterday. I forgot NZ existed so missed Polly. On a full day of money backs I finished 4th in every race except the one 1 i managed to pick. That's nor an exaggeration either, every race.
Ah well, nothing to do but get back on it at Caulfield today. Another G1.

Race 8 at Greyville in South Africa today, I took a flier on the 40-1 horse MAA NONU. He was 2nd into the home straight, hit a wall and started going backwards, dead last about 50 lengths behind the winner. I won’t do that again.

I took him too, $10 to win, bailed me out of a bad afternoon at Belmont. Almost a thousand-dollar exacta in that race on a $1 bet, I should have boxed him with the field.

Yeah funny old weekend on the punt. Had some nice pays on @hooroos runners and a few others like Dr Drill (no idea how it was $6.50) but a few others that i expected to win like Enticing Star, Dalasan and Homesman let me know. Black Hart Bart beating the latter was pretty special tho, the old boy still got it. Hartnell though...looks to have a case of the 4ths!
