Geez the Warriors are terrible. They're slow to get off the ground, they're unfit, they struggle to move sideways on defence once the ball goes 2 passes off the ruck and yet all you hear is how the refs always pick on them. They wouldn't give away half the amount of penalties if they weren't so unfit.
But Corvo?

So this is still a big problem in the PI community. Good to shine a light on it for younger players coming through
Used to watch Olsen in the 70s playing for mangre east , he was a unique talent, built a bit like laumpe with the explosive power and pace off the mark, with ball skills , playing against backs that were a lot smaller in that era.
Never really got to the level he should’ve in Sydney , spent too much time in reserve grade , I think the Aussie coaches in that era had no idea how to handle a shy Polynesian kid. That series in 85 when he was selected from reserve grade , and was the man of the series outplaying Wally Lewis was an amazing story.

Was at Mt Smart Stadium last night to watch the final home game of the season and it was obvious a lot of the players had already signed off for the season. Except Adam Blair, he was actually trying.
We didn't actually watch much of the match itself (not that there was much to watch) but rather talked about what actually went wrong this season compared to last year's effort when we nearly finished top of the standings.
The common themes were Kearney's poor roster management and game strategy. He picked the wrong players for the wrong positions, went with the same old veterans instead of bringing in the new talent, and tried to stick with a split field attack (halfback right side, stand off left side) that teams have figured out.
It's also apparent that we need our star player closer to the ball for the whole 80 minutes so if the Warriors want to improve they need to move Roger Tuivasa-Sheck into stand off and put the club's best prospect Hayze Perham at fullback. Kodi Nikorima can share hooking duties with Karl Lawton making the spine: 1. Perham 6. Tuivasa-Sheck 7. Green/Harris-Tevita 9. Nikorima/Lawton.
They still need help in the front row but would be better off searching the NSW Cup and QLD Cup for guys looking for an opportunity instead of throwing first tier money at second tier players. Two players I would scout are Lachlan Timm (Dragons) and Jordan Grant (Mackay Cutters).

@Sneakdefreak time for RTS to do a Lockyer. He could be a very dominant no6

Jarred Hayne basically did that for the eels too. I don't think Kearney has enough imagination but I'm not sure his contract will make moving him easy

One of the tries we scored was because Tuivasa-Sheck was at stand off. He got the ball quickly from dummyhalf, shaked and baked a defender and set up the centre to score. He's also developed a kicking game so it's the most obvious thing to do (move him to standoff) but Kearney needs to kick his conservative mindset to the curb if the Warriors want to improve.

The Warriors are a rabble on and off the pitch

Always go with just the one owner.

Yup. Committees are bad. A camel is a horse designed by committee

No fucking idea what you're talking there regarding camels and horses. Problem with more than one owner is simple: ego.

Melbourne Storm are minor premiers (again) after pumping the SeaEagles 36-6 and Manly has South Park's Randy Marsh as a supporter.
Tommy Turbo looks done for the season too after getting a pectoral injury in the game. That buggers Manly's playoff chances.

FFS, Ricky Stuart is an idiot.
Brett Finch was hilarious in the commentary when he was blowing up about it.
