The old TSF Fantasy League seems to have folded so as reigning champ I'll take up the mantle by extending an invite to the one I have in case anyone is looking.

Draft tomorrow night 10pm-autopick auction (you can set it to bid as much of your $200 for whatever players you want)

1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex QB/RB/WR/TE spot, K , DEF, IDP

Mostly standard scoring but 6pt passing Tds, bonuses for over 100 yards RB/WR and 300 yards QB etc

And yes Kickoff/Punt Return yardage 1 point per 20 yards since somebody will draft Hayne.

2 teams in, 2 reserved and the rest of spaces are open to whatever random hobos we round up. You could be that hobo.

With Vadis and Sneak that makes 4 of us from last year returning. Expecting some ridiculously high autobids on Broncos and 49ers players as a result.

Says how far Manning has fallen in a year that I had a standard money league draft on Monday with 7 QBs going in the first 19 picks. Peyton went pick 50.

In auction mode they're pretty messed up apart from the top guys. Seems like some good value at some guys listed at cheaper prices but could easily result in a bidding war. Maybe I put in a $10 bid for a $1 guy but someone else bids $15 and gets him for $11 as a result.

Reason I went auction over standard is at least you can really target the guys you want and nobody in this league is too pro so most casual fans prefer to be able to target their favourite players.

*when I say nobody is too pro I did actually invite one of the guys who manages the American Football odds for the Tab into the league so we'll see if he joins. Technically it's his job so he should do ok.

Now Josh Dugan - serial bogan extraordinaire - wants to conquer the NFL because fuck it, that Hayne bloke pissed it in, right?

Fuck that's hilarious. He goes down "injured" every 3rd or 4th tackle as it is.

I'll be interested to see if anyone else tried to follow in Hayne's footsteps. The two I'd be most keen to see would be Jamie Roberts and RTS.

Hey one of the girls at work just hit me up about how she can watch NFL games this year (the bandwagon is loading up) - how are people on TSF watching? I think I remember reading some of you were watching via an official NFL digital site? Are there any good free streaming sites or will she have to suck it up and pay some cash???

For those in Aus, 7mate are showing live NFL games every week, including 14 games of the 49ers 16 regular season games.

ESPN/ESPN 2 for me, will have mulitple live games and loads of NCAA.

NFL Gamepass was free, but stopped in 2014. You can get the whole season for 200USD (all playoffs, superbowl, etc). One to consider if you are a nut :)

otherwise there are Sites That Cannot Be Named to assist on the internet. Start with Google.

There is absolutely no way Josh Dugan has either the talent, or the personal drive or determination or discipline to make that cross over. He doesn't have the physical gifts either. He is fucking dreaming.

Less than the Eels... until you consider teh $12M endorsements likely to flow his way.

Think about this: which other Australian is getting air time in NZ, Aus, USA and the rest of the world? Name recognition --> $$$$

Another thing that is in Haynes money making favour is that he seems likeable unlike so many of those eggs in League.

I am yet to see anyone talk him down and hope he didn't make it.

Imagine if that tall dude with the big fro that played for the bulldogs, if he had tried to do the same in his prime, most would be hoping for failure
