I don't fully understand why Davis would waive his $4m trade bonus. It's free money for him. Why would he walk away from that?

I don't think he will either

AD will be the best player Lebron has ever played with.

    Matthew Dellavedova says hi.

Delly isn't even the greatest Australian NBA player, that honour goes to Smokin' Joe Ingles.

If you are being serious, it’s clearly Andrew Bogut.

    6 straight seasons almost averaging a double-double.

It is clearly Andrew Bogut, and I was clearly not being serious 😂

In a massive shock, the Pels selected Zion Williamson #1 in the draft...

Yeah nothing too surprising in the draft. Pelicans traded down, giving the number 4 pick to the Hawks in exchange for the 8, 17, 35 and being able to ditch Solomon Hill's contract.

Aron Baynes traded to the Suns for picks. If Horford leaves, they're light on big men. I wonder who the Celtics are looking at? Who did they draft??

    Celtics signed Tacko Fall apparently.

    Megan Armstrong

Celtics Sign Tacko Fall to Contract as Undrafted Free Agent After 2019 Draft

Celtics Sign Tacko Fall to Contract as Undrafted Free Agent After 2019 Draft

The Boston Celtics have signed undrafted University of Central Florida center Tacko Fall to an Exhibit 10 contract, per ESPN's Jonathan Givony . Fall now has a shot at becoming one of the tallest players to ever grace an NBA court...

Homemade mini-movie dropped on youtube a couple days ago, almost a half-million views already. Very well done tribute.

It’s looking like the entire league is holding their breath waiting for him to make his “Decision.”

I reckon he stays. For a year.

Depends on how bad he thinks his injury is. If he has concerns about it long term, he will sign with the Raptors long term since MLSE has the best sport science department in the NBA. If he thinks he will heal soon he will sign a one year deal with Toronto.

He wants to go home to LA which is understandable but as Shaq put it, why leave when you're the king of a country.

I think he will face far less scrutiny in Toronto, and it suits his personality better

Nobody seems to know. Everybody is quessing. It’s the most closely guarded secret in sports. And the anticipation and suspense is enormous. The whole NBA has their eyes on him.

Is there a date it must be finalised?

    @Hooroo

Dunno, but I’ve been hearing a July 5 deadline when all sorts of contracts and “franchise player” restrictions pass. I honestly don’t know what it means other than teams have to sort out all sorts of salary-cap ramifications by that date. Beyond me, I’m afraid.

Adding, all sorts of moves in Toronto could affect roster moves. If Ujiri moves as GM, Leonard probably wouldn’t stay. And if Leonard goes, Gasol will likely leave too. But if they keep it together, they could easily make another title run next year. May not win it all. But they’d stand another great chance to win the East.

That's true if he goes to LA the likes of ESPN will demand he plays every game and does a ton of indepth interviews ahead of any Clippers V Lakers game. Kawhi would hate that.

That's why SA suited his personality. He is made for small markets that love him unconditionally
