Un-Foo Kin- believable that one of the supposed best referees in the rugby world is not even good enough to make TMO decisions, cut and dried ones, too. All the time he wants and still listens to the home fans moaning.

There should be examples so egregious that simple standing down doesn't apply. No retraining or further opportunities. Just sack the clown and send a good message to the rest of them to learn their craft to an acceptable standard for an international professional sport.

Nic Berry would have got a lot of credit if he'd stood up to Marius with a "Sorry Marius, that looks like it's gone back to me - it's certainly not clear and obvious".

That was my immediate reaction - no worries with that, we'll get that try.

I reckon after six weeks we’ll run out of refs.

There is a special place down the bottom of the table for the Highlanders to join the Chiefs and Blues.

@Chris Canes could be quite devastating next year with a one - two punch of Coles & Aumua, now they have a one- two punch of Lomax & Fidow. Add in the signing of Scrafton and the Canes are doing bloody well on the recruitment drive. They just need to re-sign IWL and the Barrett boys and we will be looking in good shape to really challenge for the title.

@Canes4life Yep I think Lomax gives them a tougher look to their Front row agree on IWL he’s a must for you guys. If you retain him and the Barrett’s you look like a real shot next season.

@Chris seeing Lomax's name in the 3 jersey instead of Toomaga Allen will give me huge delight.

This article suggests Jona Nareki and Scott Gregory are joining the landers next year.

Interestingly, Lomax committed to the Landers through to 2020 when he signed in 2017.
